Is that Chevy "W" engine valve cover hiding in the background a hint at things to come?

Can you show us the steps in the process? Like from the forming plates, how do you press the part? Please show us the equipment you use to cut, press, bend, etc.

First of all I use a waterjet to cut things up, and then a lot of other machines and tool that I got. I post more pics about it in time .

Thanks Mike , It´s almost about time packing the luggage , see you soon =)

  8. Beautiful work on the chassis! I was starting to wonder if you had a buddy who cut all your parts... Man to have a waterjet in house sure would be nice!!!

  9. Very neat details! This is the stuff I love looking at. Back in the 70s and 80s, the magazines like SRM and Rod Action would do Garage Scene articles and show this type of stuff...................................mags lost me when they started writing about bolting on parts from advertiser A, B and F. This kind of documentation is what makes the HAMB great!

Awesome build, very nice work. Stupid question - 1st pictures of frame looked like rivet heads but now you explain & show carriage bolts. The pictures show round holes for the carriage bolts - how do you get them tight or how do you "square" the holes for carriage bolts? Maybe Sweden has different carriage bolts.? How that question makes sense.

Reviewed pictures again & do see some square holes in picture #70 - guess you press them????

Ok , I´ve been lazy. Finally I´m back at it, hope it stays that way =)

Frame horns are gone and the strait axle is mocked up.

Cut the rear member , the axle needs some space.
