Went through and read this thread again! I still enjoyed it again and am envious of your awesome metal fab skills! This build is what hot rodding is all about :)

It will be a lot of fun along the way, keep the midnight oil burning!

  8. Read through this again just for fun. One of the best builds on the HAMB in a long time

Such fast planning, rapid work! I've been at it for...64 years, same kind of stuff, still work at snail pace, compared to Andy...
I want to follow his Ranchero thread, it's in line with my '54 Ford Coupe.
(my Coupe is rust free, but needs some body work...in the quarters, where they're 'double paneled')
There's a thread on him dropping axles. Slow down, Ange!

Hey Andy - long time lurker, years really. I've read this thread over and over. Pure inspiration. You are a force of nature. Congrats on your shop's success your approach is outstanding. My sig photo is the 34 5 window I had back in the seventies. College got in the way and I was forced to sell it. Biggest mistake of my early life. Thousands of times I've wished I hadn't. Knowing what you know now, having learned it the hard way...what advice would you throw at anyone even thinking a Fordor to coupe conversion makes sense?
