Hey guys sad to say that I blew up the 292 in my 64 and am getting ready to pull the motor and trans. Ive acquired an fe 352 to replace it but want to get everything I need in advance I have a 67 camper special donor. My main question is about motor mounts. Is there a company that makes mounts for the pre 65 f series trucks, should I take the towers from the 67, or am I better off making my own? If so has anybody done this and do they have pictures?

  3. you could use the factory 1965 F-350 with a 352 front motor mount......it's what runs in my wrecker....no torque issues....hopefully your frame has the front mount hole....
