need help with a small problem. I have 29' engine on a 30' frame with a 31' steel bud roof cab..
I have all the #s from each but am unsure of the best way to title it.
Also found old registration papers (out of state) that show truck as serial# LB1112
truck was purchased from out of state
I love my truck I'm confused on how to move forward. any help?

  2. To move forward..Place right foot ahead of left.then move left foot farther ahead 0f right foot..procede
    forward until destination is reached

  4. What year is on the old registration? I would use that to get it registered now.

I had a similar situation. I have a 28 frame, with a 29 motor and a 31 coupe body. It hadn't been registered since the late 50's. Took it to DMV and since it wasn't in their system, was told I had to take it to CHP for VIN verification. CHP said no matter what year the body or the motor is, they are going to go by the frame number.

i think going with the frame is ok. but difficult to prove after reinstalled unless pictures work for proof.
I also thought because the body is a 31 it may make it move valuable?
