    Hi Jason.
    Your dad's roadster looks great.
Nothing really has happened to the 3W in the last 18 month. I was pretty sick for a number of months last year. Then earlier this year Rita and Tony had a very serious car accident which has left Tony out of action for most of this year so far!
Below is a shot of how it looks at the moment, I think you have seen this shot.

Always great hot rod photo opportunities to be had out the front of the South West Speed Shop.
Tony now you know why I took the 5 spokes off the 5W. Combine them with the tudor body and a power of work by Spencer T and one may end up with a stunning tudor.

Great concept whodack, you need to uncover an old speed shop closer to home in the back hills!!

When I found the image of the red roadster I used in the last cover, I came across the image of Chris' grey roadster that I used in this cover. Whilst I love Chris' roadster as it is, I just couldn't help myself and had to chop the top and restyle the side window opening slightly.
A lot of roadster lovers will like this cover!

Hi Geoff, another great cover. Yes, I bought the '31 as a complete stocker from a car yard in 2005 and got it to the stage it is above. I was planning to put the body on a '32 frame with a V8 flathead but it had to be unloaded when we bought the '36. Was a fun car.

As usual Geoff, your art work inspires me. Wish I had the ability you do, hell even half of it would do!

Merry Xmas, and I hope you have a good time.

    Thanks for the replies guys.
I hadn't done a cover for a few days as I had other stuff on my mind. I wasn't inspired, but then I found a bunch of images and those last 5 covers appeared.
As I have said in the past, I like the creativity and use of my imagination in both words and the actual creative construction of these covers. I think a graphic example of this is placing Chris' roadster on the image on a beach I took many years ago in south west Western Australia and using it to produce one of my favorite covers.
Margaret and I had Tom over for dinner last evening. He is really pumped up about his new job and enjoying this whole new faze of his and his familie's life.
Merry Xmas to you Corey and to everyone else. Take care and stay safe.

Here's a new cover I just did. Not quite as spectacular as the beach one!

In between mowing the lawns, checking out the new Hop Up that arrived in the mail and a bit of other work here in the garage I put together another cover!

The title of this thread was very deceiving, I was hoping to see a 34 3 window coupe build...

If you go back to page 1 you will see some of that and for many pages after that. The thread has sought of evolved and the 3W is still in the build, but hasn't been worked on in a while.

I thought you would Tom. I have messed around a bit more with the '32 sport coupe since you saw the image on my computer. Needless to say I have some ideas for a real body!

Hey Geoff hope you and Marg have a good Christmas and may next year be the start of the grasp to return back on this thread . I really need some hot rod therapy to feel better in myself and people want to see the grasp progress into something that has never been done before. Just like these covers you create my friend it will be a masterpiece .And this will be something you thought me , and that is to think put of the box to be different and koooooool . 2017is the year Geoff .

Simon a merry Xmas to you and your family. I hope you don't mind, but I used your card on a cover.
In chopping and lowering the 3W on the card, Santa and Prancer were not harmed in any way, shape or form.
( and yes Dave, Prancer is taller than Big Daddy Choppitt )

So I was going through this thread yesterday and came across an image Big Daddy Choppitt posted a while back and I thought I could work with that. Below is a cover that is the result of working with that image!

Here you go Dave. I think we should try to be nicer to Gary.

Here you go Gary. I got rid of the 'M' from your official club title. More fitting from dirt track point of view.
Should you now be known as 'Big Daddy Choppitt Ascott' ? I don't know, I guess you will have to sought that out as club.
