Hot Rods Caliper sticking

    Yes sir you are correct. The only question for the MC was power or non power. I can not imagine non power for a car the size of the vette.

    I've driven a friend's '65 396 Vette with manual discs and the braking is very comfortable. :cool:

    Tapered wheel bearings should always be adjusted with some pre-load, never loose. Reduced bearing life and/or failure will result.
    Those Bendix designed caliper's pistons retract just fine through normal rotor flex if in good working condition and lubed/assembled properly.

    My kit came with calipers off a 76 cutless l think? I replaced one but can not remimber. Single piston simple design
