Thanks, I'm just hoping it doesn't look like every other 32, without losing the sinister good looks Henry ford gave it.

No progress this weekend. I had to get a 55 olds ready for paint. Oh well at least I was banging on rusty crap!

  5. I guess the Willys is done, I may have missed that part, like I've only just found this.

In the last 2 weeks I didn't work on it. I had to finish up a 1953 sedan delivery, and the paint work on a 70 chevy truck. Got back to it a little today. Squared it up a little and started cleaning up the chop, and getting the insert to fit.

Yea, I'm kinda going for a 70s street car, Friday night drag car. I got some old 2 piece centerlines, or maybe 5 spoke magnesiums.

I'm kinda modeling it after this, but with a dark maroon metallic paint and steel wheels.

Got a little time to work on the car. It seems the whole world was watching a football game so, I had some time to myself.

Got a set of nos airheart discs for up front, also got a set of old chromed headers from a friend. Slow but sure it's coming together.

I'm loving this build, so far I've got a hurst motor plate, cool old chromed headers, airheart brakes, a real dropped and drilled axle, a 4/71 blown small block, with early double bump heads,an old ansen scatter shield, a 57 ford 9 inch and a pair of 15 inch magnesium Americans for the rear. I'm looking for some 5 spokes for the front. I love gathering the right parts and watching the car kinda find its self.
