This may sound off the wall, but a reproduction looking 55-57 Thunderbird Y block aluminum finned w/t bird emblem in center valve cover that will bolt on my 302 sbf. Always thought that is the best looking valve cover ever made, I think it would look cool on my 32 Roadster with side hoods off!

  2. That would tighten the knot up, but still a big knot on top of the column under the wheel.

The Nissan unit puts the knot under the dash. Depends on the application what would be better.

Better Corvette valve covers so all the assholes can pawn off their dead 305s as all origional 365 horse 327's to the street rod crowd.

Curvey, heavy, cast aluminum headers for flatheads that clear the steering box on the common A and 32 frame applications, there'd be a market.

Minus the post-67 casting flaw...get your wallet out, that's $155 EACH.

  10. New Jeep shifters that fit the Top Loader 4 speeds, I've always had to buy used and they are usually worn out. Not aware of anyone making these and are out production through CJD.

Stamped rear quarter panels for 26-27 Ford roadster trunks. As far as I know, they have to be hand made if you want new.

If I have one as a sample even a worn out one I can have them cast. There is the rest of the shift rail parts and the stick itself to make

Real chrome reverse wheels, and NOT the smoothie kind; the kind with 3 or 4 bumps to hold hub caps on. I know, a couple of the wheel guys offer them, but it takes a while to get them, and they are $$$$$. I'm not greedy; that's all for me. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

I would like to see someone remake some of the overhead valve's of the 50's. Nailhead's, Hemi's, Y-Blocks, maybe even some Small Block chevy's with 283 CI.

  23. Not to rain on your parade-
There's more than enough of those out there to rebuild. A bit more of the necessities for those rebuilds would help. But if you want one they are there.

When one guy talks about rebuilding building a 283 there's 1000 guys tell him to get a treefiddy. Then when he talks about building a 350 they tell him get a crate treefiddy.

The hemi, y block and nail heads cost more to rebuild and then they pile on with the crate engines again.

I was going to ask for the same. Also, how about 35-36 3 window garnish moldings, and 35-36 coupe trunk lid structure patch panels?

Right on, really think BFG f'd up on this deal.
Those big by huge ones are perfect for hiboys.
This would actually trump my two previous posts.
Problem is; I've really gotten attached to my Firestones, no matter how bad they are for street driving.

Reproduce the single bar flipper hubcap that uses a separate trim ring. They used to be made by National. I've been looking for one to replace a lost cap on my fathers 36 roadster for six months and there aren't any to be found.

:D Hi Blue1.Most likely reason that you did`nt find black on that site is that you would`nt like to sit down on a boat seat after it soaked up heat for a while and burn your buns clear back to your hip bones.Or blister yourself real good.
    Good luck.Have fun.Be safe.
