Shoebox Flathead to T5 adapter plate

    everything attached the same as stock, only thing different was a modified throw-out bearing

    hope, this helped
     
  2. cool conversion! wonder if anyone has thought about using a hyd. throwout bearing to eliminate custom clutch linkage.

    Awesome job. We found an old Offy adapter plate a few years back that was a bolt-on my wife's 1951 8BA and with very little work we had a T-5 behind that flatty. It's still running and that 8BA LOVES that 5th gear.

    did you have to modify the trans cross member to do the t swap with the flatty?
