Doubt they have anything to do with automobiles. The middle one appears to have a Russian star on it.

"N.O.S." 1940's ~ 1950's MERCO ROCKET FENDER & HOOD TRIM SET for CLASSIC, HOT ROD, RAT ROD, or STEAMPUNK VEHICLES This is a set of "Extremely Rare" MERCO ROCKET fender trims to mount on the fender, side, or hood of just about any vehicle. These Rockets are the "Long" style and they measure 14" long X 2" wide. These are very nice original factory chrome. The box is a bit tattered but the colors are still very bright and a couple sides are still good for display. We just found this pair tucked away in storage! This is the Very "LAST" pair of these that we have for sale!!! This ROCKET pair is "N.O.S."!! These have never been used but 3 of the threaded posts have been removed, so you'll have to put new ones in. These Rocket Trims can be used on just about any car, truck, boat, motorcycle, vintage bicycle, wagon, scooter, trailer, Flying Saucer or Rocket! You could even put them together and make a low budget 1950's style Sci-fi movie,... or mount them on a base and you'll have your very own HUGO AWARD!
