I'd have to guess 1941 International.

I was thinking 42 International, but we all know how long trucks hold onto styling cues. Thank you all for your knowledge and your willingness to share it.

Quite similar to this 48 [IMG]
    Or this 41

Wouldn't be a bad basis for a slick little bobber style truck.

  9. D, K or KB series IH. first built in '37. Could be from up to a 2 ton truck, they all shared the same cab

  10. Haybaler wasn't into annual model changes. With Internationals, more accurate to talk about series than model year. The KB series was built '41-'49, and the only difference between a '41 and a '49 is that the '41 is 8 years older, a little bit of trivia is that door latches are the same as '38-'47 Ford trucks. Outside and inside door handles are the same as '38 Ford Standard car and '38-'47 Ford truck.

At work we had a 72 model roll off truck and that looks like the same cab.

I believe the correct reference is Corn binder.

That is a 1941-49 1/2 ton to 1.5 ton cab. 2ton and larger used the 1937-40 D series cab and that is not one. K's 1941-46 have vin tag on the DS kick panel, inside the cab. Kb's 1947-49 have the vin tag mounted on the upper firewall, otherwise pretty the same 41-49
