What the hell is this and how do I use it?

How has the machine been working?

 

I just found one of these machines. I was wondering if there was any updates.
I don't think this has any extra dies just nibblers and the power might be a problem.
What is a none running one worth?

 

I know you guys will kill me for bringing up this old thread but I'm about to buy the same Bachofen Meier nibbler. Is there any chance someone has manual for it?

I've searched the web left to right and couldn't find anything better than this thread. Also, I don't know how to send direct message to original poster because that was my first idea.
