Technical 50 Mercury weatherstrip

    1950 Mercury swing out window weatherstrip Can anybody recommend a manufacturer of this piece of rubber. I have heard there are some that wrap around the window in one piece and others have to be joined at the top with an adhesive. Has any body had experience with either type ??

    Take a look at Dennis Carpenter. Think thats where I got mine, glued it in.

    Thanks for your reply. One other question: was the weatherstrip in one piece with no end to butt and seal, it went all the way around the window and how was the fitment, weather tight and fit glass tightly in all areas.
