Been trying to make a SEG event all year, looking forward to seeing the Quick-N-Dirty and everyone else.

 

Are there going to be gassers at the event? I mean like the southeast guys? Or just random style gassers running?

 

I think Tony is planning to come just to tune his injectors, as he didn't get to Myrtle Beach last Sat.after installing a new setup and he needs to get the car right before the finals @ Greer,SC RWYB is ALWAYS whatever shows up, so who knows?

The Hoodlum isn't going to make it. It seems to have ate some lobes off of the cam. Spent too much on the new fuel system to dump any more in it this go round.

 

Bummer Scot, I guess since mine don't have any front brakes, me and you will have to be the "Official RWYB Photographers"

They always want us to come up there, and we always enjoy it when we do. But it would be nice if they would reciprocate
Bad A, Tony is coming to RWYB to try to sort out the gremlins in his injectors that you can see in his video just a few posts ago, as he needs the Q&D right for the following weekend @ Greer, SC for the SEGA finals. That is his primary reason for coming down.
I imagine if he gets it running right with time left for a run or two, you just might talk him into a run on the 1/8, because that's what he's geared for.
Me, I'm only running the 1/8 because all I have for safety gear is a lap belt and a helmet in that roadster, and I guess I'm getting a little smarter in my old age, and realize that car ain't safe at the speeds it'll run in a 1/4.
Scot, sorry to hear about cam lobes , damn, that means a total tear down to get all that ground up metal outta the engine. What kind/grade/viscosity oil you been running?

Sounds good. We just love to race. I won't be hard to beat. I am not that fast. But my buddy might be a hand full. And 1/8 is all I like to run also.

 

Did a long range weather check on Acxcu Weather today. They forecast partly cloudy, 75* or so Sat and 54* Sat. night. Cloudy Sunday to drive home.
