Started this project in the fall of 2015 at the age of 24, it's a huge learning process. After I sold my last hot rod build for a decent chunk of change I decide it was time to do a Kustom

How the car looked when it showed up. It was fully stripped but had a mustang II front end already installed

Great job and nice write up.

  9. Love the look of this Chevy! It reminds me of my cousins 49 - 348 powered ragtop. It was dark Caddy green. Photos from back in the day "1960". Good Luck with this build. I will be watching.

Making the vent Windows was a lot of work, took 2 sets of Windows to it right. Sure was a pain in the ass but it's worth it. I used a piece of 1/4 steel for a buck that was the correct size and shape for glass (not pictured). Heated up the frame and bent it around it

Instead of mounting my new Coker white walls I did the smart thing and put them in the basement where they are safe, I took some spray bomb to my wheels and tires to see see how it will look with the new tires

Nice work and great looking car! The 49-52 are probably my favorite chopped cars. Reworking your truck lid really made the whole profile of the car look better, it flows much better with the car than the stock trunk height.
