Ok, awhile back I rescued a bunch of old parts that evidently came from an old garage. Looked like someone cleaned out the shelves and everything went in the dumpster. Most of it was small boxed OEM parts but a few were loose. I have no idea what they're from so I bow to the wisdom of the HAMB to help ID them.

Eventually I'll end up parting with most of it (pardon the pun) but for now they're up on the top shelf above my bench.

Here's most of the rest. I have some other stuff to dig through. Sadly, the guy who helped rescue these told me that he had seen the guy dumping box after box the day before but by the time he was able to go back the dumpster had already been picked up. Crying shame.

A few quick pics. Whenever I have time I'll catalog everything and post them to the classifieds. In the mean time, if you see something, send me a PM. There some very useful parts there.

Sorry, the Johnson lifters were already mine. Hands Off!

2 and 3 look a bit Stubakerish to me.Probably wrong.
The Ford diff gear set is for a 1962 Galaxie.and other full size models.
Mopar DR-500 voltage regulator is 1961-69.They are date coded and the 1965 on the box could be correct.

The water pump does look like one I changed for a friend many years ago on his '62 Stude, as I recall his engine was a 259?

I'm near 100% certain 56-59 or so mopar 6 cylinder water pump. If it had been a Studebaker it wouldn't have the 4 ears it would be perfectly round.

I think think the part number would be 1692686 on the water pump. Wish I was near my old microfiche and parts catalogs my buddy the parts manager at mopar dealer gave me when they went to computers but I hope that helps.

  12. Isn't that water pump for a big-block MoPar, i.e. 383-440? That's what it looks like to me.

  13. That is what I was thinking.

Try plugging numbers into Google and eBay... Also what it item - like, P-270 oil filter AC and see if you get any "hits".
Things like seals sometimes takes a catalog unless someone listed or wrote about it.
