very cool build! im working on 26T project right now that is similar to yours (channeled,y-block,F1 brakes) but you are further along with yours.. i like what you did with the channel (ive been staring at mine trying to figure it out how to go about it) im borrowing a few of your ideas!

 

T-riffic craftsmanship. Love the Ford in a Ford Y-Block powerplant idea. Great job on posting all the pictures, y'all got a nice workshop. Restoring Brockway Big-Rigs, has got to be a monumental feat.
