Cool looking Victoria. Was there not a goldpainted Canadabuilt v1951 Victoria 4-sale a few years back? Quanted headlights and all. Built in the 60's
I know they aren't Canted ., But I love the look of quads on my dad's 55 chevy.. Wish I could find it or a cheap 55 chevy 2dr hardtop to clone like it.
Squablow. Those Chrysler rims worked great on my Merc. Built this for myself in 1981. Sold it in 1988 to a party in the Milwaukee area to get a down payment for my shop. Last time I saw it was in 1991. Anybody seen it since ???
Not really cantered but still quad headlights. My plan was to angle them with a complete custom front end but I sold the car to buy my current Falcon. It's a '62 Humber Supersnipe.
^^ One thing is lacking in that last pic..... a time machine with the time dial set to "1961" , and the location dial set to "Autorama" .
Anybody have any pics of canted quads on a 61-66 ford truck? Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
About twenty years ago, i helped a friend of mine pull a 37 ford coupe home. He bought it from a guy that owned an excavation company. It had canted caddy dual headlights leaded in, as well as some junk taillight configuration. It wasn't until recently that i saw the car again, that i realized what a treasure trove it was. 57 olds rear end, bare block in the trunk, homemade front spring shackles, some other custom touches. He's getting back to this car now because the kids are all grown & out of the house. Ill try to get some pics for all to see
I should have gotten outta the chair faster... I'm startin' to get ready to commence to begin puttin' quads on my Stude pick up... now I'l just look like a copy-cat!
