If you know who initiated the string it is you can find that from their profile page.

A web image match shoes no other existing pic like that, so it may be deleted?

I would try PM to flatpower, he is in NJ also, and that's a car he should know

From memory it was purchased off eBay by a gentleman in California. But I'm not 100% sure of that. It was salted away for many many years and is exactly as it was built in early 60s. A true survivor.

I looked through the "survivor" thread, no dice.
At least we're narrowing down where it isn't...;)

Got anything other than the picture to go on? Any details, memories, anything?

Looks like it was 31pickemup. This post was in another thread not about the car, but should narrow down your search

Thank you chopndrop. You sir, are a dinky di gentleman and a scholar. Curiosity's killing the cat. How ever did you find it?

How cool is that car? It's like a girl I once dated: unforgettable.

And just for the record, here's my favourite

Now that you have found it, are you going to buy it ? He mentioned at the end of his thread that it was going to be for sale if he hasn't already sold it by now.

Would absolutely love it, however with the exchange rate for Australian $s and $4 to 5k freight cost, it's not going to happen.

Google image search gave me that post on separate thread, which gave me the owners user name. Went to his profile and looked through threads he started.
Not sure what to think about being "dinky di" but I'll go with it being a compliment.
