Nice working condition Allstate swamp cooler. Has both pull ropes. No dents, dings or rust. Can use as is. The finish appears to be the original gray hammer finish. I have it on the other sight but offering on the h.a.m.b at a lower price. I except us post money order or western union money orders. The shipping cost is covered in my asking price for buyers in the continental us. If your outside the shipping price would vary.
