History Saw my old '57 Tudor Custom for the first time in 16 years

    Last weekend while at the 16 Headbanging event in Finsterwalde I was admiring a pretty yellow '57 Tudor Custom and remarked to my buddy how funny that there'd be two yellow Customs in Germany. Then I recognized the rear seat - it was the only piece left as it was 16 years ago.
    Back in 1999 when I had is it was customized. I found it in a barn in a sorry state. Well since then it's been returned to stock :-(

    And this was how it was 16-17 years ago. It sure was nice to see the old bird fell into good hands though.

    Cool to run across an old car from the past.
    I'm on my way home from Germany. How was that show? I was going to go but it was a little too far.

    cool. just be glad it was not for sale.... I saw my GTO I sold for $900.00 in 1981 a few years ago at a swap meet where the guy was asking $12,000.00 ... it ran when I sold it and it wasn't running any more when I saw it again.:(
