I recently sold my 34 Ford 3-W and 34 Ford 2-Door, and am left with a 34 Ford 4-Door and a ton of 34 Ford parts, I have tried to sell all of it but no takers, so I have decided to finish the 4-Door and just need some inspiration. Show me some photos with or without fenders. Thanks Larry

  9. Remember you need to put a truck in the back to carry junk and use the back seat for passengers. When the trunk is in the back you need to move the spare to the fender. It may not look good but it is functional.

Thanks for the EDIT, I dont think it is the price unless it is too cheap and scaring people away. LOL. Larry

I'd be all over that if It was in my price range and I was ready to buy. Just started looking for a "family rod"...

Not to get to political....but even in the few major political elections I have live thru at voting age. I have noticed stuff always gets stagnant around this time.

I'm surprised nobody suggested making a two door out of it.

  15. I went back and looked at your ad, it is a good deal. Yes, It's a 4dr but it is a '34 ford and a tudor or coupe etc would just go higher. The times are changing. I can't get 28g for my cabrio?? (I'd take less). May be the election cycle or even the border crossing deal?

timwhit: To be honest the border crossing has been a factor on 3 potential sales only because of the lack of a passport, there is no problem or cost to purchaser if he were to come and get it. I would even meet them at Buffalo N.Y. The upcoming election uncertainty seems to also be an issue. I am leaning towards a Low Buck build on it.

I know what you mean. Thought your price was very reasonable, must be many guys in your part of the country that could build this fordor. Another problem I have experienced with selling a project car is that there are only a certain percentage of car guys who are capable of building a car or who have the resources to hire someone to do the job. Like your idea of doing a low buck build if it does not sell.
