Nice photography as well. And... Your roadster's seen more off-roading than most of the lifted 4x4's around.
Congratulations Seadog on getting it mobile and your Hotrods near completion...Nice Deuce...Fun Times ahead...So what tires are you thinking bias? Similar to those?...they look new what your running now...
Going to try my best to be there. Those tires are actually about 12+ years old. I'm probably still going to run radials of some kind (I drive my cars a lot), but want to get something that's not so "fat" looking.
Congratulations to my pal Tom on a job well done, you knocked it outta the park! Looking forward to seeing the roadster in the near future. HRP
seadog I'm like a kid who seen his friends new bicycle! "I WANT ONE!" Very cool rod outstanding work! Joe
I have a future 289 Ford powered hot rod project myself, a circa mid-sixties steel t- bucket with a 289 with all the cobra stuff, an edelbrock XF-8 with small neck afb's, WH dual point, Buick drums and a smooth back 9", but I need a falcon T-10 some period 15x6 five spokes, and a decent old style cast 6 bolt scattershield.
Aw hell, we'll get that sorted. My wife doesn't even know that project EXISTS yet... Think fast George, think fast!! If you guys come up on the weekend of Ocean Park, hb32 and HemiDeuce are both going to have tables set up at the swap on Sunday, I might even have some stuff in hb32's booth. Selling stuff kinda goes against my grain, I usually focus on accumulating more of it...
Beautiful car... great attention to detail. And I have to ask; who made the valve covers? Look like Dove, but hard to tell...
Mr. Seadog sir, that is one beautiful roadster. What color interior are you planning? Seat, rugs, door panels. Inquiring mnds want to know.
