Ok looking for some 1989 crown vic police interceptor front coil springs....because they will be a little bit stiffer than the old soft springs that are on it. Also was very curious if they made any tubing kits for these step side trucks?

Also since I will be driving this for pretty much everything what do you guys think about a spray on bedlinner for the side walls of the little bed? They dont have ANY paint on them because this was the the farms work horse. Opinions on what you guys think I should do? This truck will get painted at some point in its life time 10+ years down the road.

I would recommend finding out about Graybeard's Headliners. All Fiberglass. Much better solution.

Ford and only in the 64 model run.
The 66 grille was made by Ford for an extended period and was supplied as the factory replacement to body shops and service centers for all 61-66 model trucks.
With that said NOS bright 64 grilles show up from time to time on Ebay, the last I saw was well in excess of 1000 bucks.

61-66 grilles are not reproduced. Used or NOS is the only option.

What are you building? Do you have a build thread with some pictures?

    Flashback was fun!

This is a nice truck. What motor do you have in it? It sounds strong. Is that a moder subframe swap in the front and rear?

Thanks! Running a pretty healthy 429, so power isn't really an issue, but traction can be. The front is a '03 Crown Victoria and the rear is '98 Thunderbird.

I don't want to hijack @61f100's thread, so I guess it's time to put up a build thread of my own.
