    Loads of work done, engine almost rebuilt, front clip repaired and repainted, interior being redone.

    There used to be a few of those around here (Ontario Canada) along with the little brother 4 cyl Consul. Ford dealers sold them. All gone years ago.

    An old mechanic told me he had one, a tie rod end wore out and fell out and the front wheels immediately flipped back into the fenders. A peculiarity of the steering/suspension setup. It was the first car to have McPherson strut suspension.

    Used to see them all the time down here. Very popular in NZ as well, even a few rare convertible models around as well. A few got turned into 1/4 mile runners in the day.
