  6. I did and it's raining today so I drove the 51 Hudson. It has windshield wipers. Also the Model A still has the Slicks on it from the Hot Rod Revival this past weekend. I'll have to take a picture and post it after I get back into the yard this evening.

That is exactly why I won't insure my cars where I can't drive them. What is the point in having the cars if you are afraid to drive them?!

As of about a month ago my 59 GMC is my daily driver. Before that my 59 BelAir was......With a Tri-Power 348. It's a good thing that the price of gas is down.

Drove the Roadster to work today. 75 miles here and 75 miles home. It got so much better mileage without the 2X4's on it now..but then its hard to keep your foot out of it!

I don't have a picture of it at work, but I almost always drive my hot rod to work. Everywhere I go is at least a little better if I got there in a hot rod.

  27. image.jpg Drive my Henry 32 cabriolet to work quite often(only 4 miles each way) I am retired(age 68) and deliver parts for O'Reilly's Auto Parts in College Station,Tx. I also entered my car in the O'Reilly's calendar contest they offer only for employees. It's a hi-boy,39 built flatmotor,GM 5 spd, nine in Ford rear,Halibrand wheels. Marginal interior, sans most glass project that weighs 2160 pounds at certified scales. Great fun for this old hot rodder. Have over 50 years experience with hipo flatheads and have owned and driven at least 10 old Fords in the past 53 years.
