    I know there was a thread where you were't sure where that photo had been taken. I say it was at Ellensburg's, Bowers Field, when they were still racing on a taxiway (before they got the OK to race on a runway). You can still see the finish line painted on the taxiway, and the return road they had paved between the taxiway and the runway. That runway had been repaved, and looks like it's concrete now, if you want top do a GoogleMaps.Com search of the airport. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.
