Customs Missouri top chop info.

Hi everyone.
I was asking about a top chop on the 52-59 Ford social forum.
according to one of the fellas over there said there is a gentleman that sell a tutorial for chopping tops in Missouri. I did a search, but that turned up nothingwhich happens to be the case with me.

Anybody know this guy?
