Hey so I have a flathead v8 that I want to remove the fan and use an electric one. So with doing that I want to run 1 belt but the pulleys don't line up, what can I do?

It sounds like you have an 8BA style motor with the offset belts. You can swap the pulley on the passenger side water pump out with a driver side pump pulley. This lines up the generator and both water pumps on the back belt. The belt ends up really close to the distributor but it clears if you have a stock distributor.
