55belairman, those hubcabs (and rims) are for a travel trailer. the hubcaps I believe were used on vintage Airstreams. there are a pair on Ebay right now...

 

Thanks for the great pictures. Any idea what the car count was, look like it is down from a couple of years ago when I was last there. Next year is the 30th and hope it is crazy.

Highly observant of my as usual.

 

Total number may have been down a little but hard to tell as they have expanded the fairgrounds substantially.

 

They have expanded since I was there 2 years ago? Interesting, where did they expand into?

 

They have been pushing towards the south and west for a few years

 

I did a google earth and I see the area that must be south of the entrance road that we use. That has not been open in past years, is that more open now?

Boones, I went out to your picture files, wow you take LOTS of nice pictures. How do you have time to even see the cars? I used to get pictures from a friend of mine that I traveled with, and I would get home and start looking at them, and say time after time, I never saw that car. Anyway, thanks again for the pics.

 

sirstude, must have been over 2700 cars, on Saturday it was a busy as I have ever seen it. as for looking at the cars, I do both, many I have seen over the yrs but do spend time looking as I wait to shot the pic.
