Clearly it's a small block chevy with that stuff bolted to it.

 

^^^ Thats what I'm saying. No way that's a Y block with a those exhaust manifolds and the distributor straight up.

 

This car was staying at my hotel. It's a SBC. It Was in a very nice 31 coupe

 

I'd like to see the whole car. I love this kind of playing with your head stuff.

That engine is not a Y Block, it looks like a Chevy , look at the water pump, the moisture door on the distributor cap, the intake ports on the manifold, the oil fill is in the wrong spot.

 

Man i wish they would put one of these events on at the Beach at Daytona! How cool would that be...

So was I seeing things? I'm almost positive I seen a full size van that said the race of gentlemen on the side. In Milwaukee this morning on my way rto work. It was on lincon memorial. Tryed to get a pic but they got away.

 

I know they have a white van... I think they support Mama Tried or some vintage bike racing in Milwaukee.

 

Okay it was white so maybe there's hope for me yet
