Overlooking my home away from home...Cripple Creek, Colorado last weekend

 

Just got this one home, and had to cruise it downtown. Need to spend some time with the cars downtown and take pictures in front of all the cool buildings. Here's just a sample.

This is in my town, 1st gas stop for the '59. This was an original Sinclair station from when I was a kid, it was a Gas Value later and my brother ran the place at age 16 when he should have been in school.

Grandsons and Family in town for a visit. Using two of my cars to cruise around and visit a local Cruise night.

 

Great thread. Sounds stupid, but its really motivating me to get my ass in gear on mine.

 

And just for kicks, here's my truck when I unloaded in my new front yard, in my new town. As you can see...it's not entirely a vehicle yet.

 

First trip to town couple weeks ago.. Had my mind on getting a picture at this old library for long time while building the truck..

My home town is fifteen hundred miles away and I don't get there often but when I do, My old truck and I go to have a few beers with the Old Man.

At this years Old Soul Hot Rod Shop Hardcore Happening just before another vehicle hit my 56. All is good, just minor damage to my front plate and mounting bracket. Great time and possible record turnout this year.

 

On our way home from church today I stopped and took this photo. The wife asked what I was doing. I told her it was for, {your car your town} photo for the hamb. She said WHAT ??????

 

Again not my town
but my state capital. For three years in a row Ive gotten the premo parking spot for the Street Masters Dam run show and shine this time with the 32 instead of the 26 T modified.

 

My coupe at "Uncle Tommy" DiPiro's JUNK yard started by his father, Tony, after the war. ( don't ever call it a "salvage" yard!!) One stop shopping.

And on the causeway to Plum Island, Newburyport, Mass.

and in front of my buddy Billy's plumbing shop, downtown Byfield ( all 100 yards of it!!)
