I do not think you will get a reply unless you are rejected, but do not rely on me for accurate information. I am old and sometimes my facts and reality conflict.

How do you know if you been accepted? So you can send your money in....

 

LOL if you didn't send your money you were rejected.

We have always sent our cash with the entry. But this is a damned good question.
