Love it. I'm going to steal that adel-clamp plug-wire solution...

@Ryan I love how you are so self critical with your photography, but you take some really really nice shots

I love photography... I love studying it probably more than I like staring at fine art. Guys like Henri Cartier-Bresson, Steve McCurry, etc... and then in the car world, guys like Steve Coonan...

There's a standard of photography there and I'm not even close. Not even in the same world. And probably never will be as I don't spend the time needed to be... But, that's why I don't hold my photography in that high a regard.

  14. What is the big blank pad on the bell housing? Do all French blocks have that?

Not sure what they were for... some French blocks have them and some don't.

That ford antique bronze is my very favorite flathead engine color. The color compliments the orange tinged cloth spark plug wires well. The bronze works well as wheel color also. Ryan, I hope you give us something on the coupe, soon. Your collection of engine photos makes for a very good portfolio.

I like the use of the rearward carbed dual Offie intake. Generator has room to go atop.
I think I'll use that setup on my 59-L, a slightly warmed up .040" over stocker.
Wish heads were cheap like in the '70s!

  22. I have always felt there are two colors for an engine! Red unless it's a Chevy then Chevy Orange. But I must admit that sucker looks good!
