A good experience here! We hear of bad dealings with internet experiences. In my internet experience with Kiwi Kev here on the HAMB, he went above and beyond. Just wanted to make a public 'thank you' to him! Overall, my dealings with HAMB members have been outstanding! Long live the HAMB!!
If anyone EVER implied that KiwiKev was anything but a complete stand-up guy,NOBODY would believe it! Known him for about 9yrs now,and he's one of the true assets to the Hotrod comunity,on and off the HAMB. AND,he BBQ's a great pig! haha
I know him from some posts on the plastic model boards . He's O K , no problems an a Stand Up guy too ! scrubba

Good to hear some positive about a fellow Hamber. Never had any dealings with him but sure nice to know of his good reputation. If I didn't live so far away he would have to hire full time security if he expected to keep all of that cool stuff in his shop. Frank

He had a Rep even before he left New Zealand. Actually I think it was because of that Rep that he left...
Well I have not made it to his awesome garage yet, Or any of the great pig roast I hear about (however it is on my bucket list). But I have had dealings with him and met him at the hamb drags. I bought a sign from him and he went out of his way to build a krate for it and hauled it half way across the country for me. His willys coupe is without a doubt one of my favorites. I still get goosebumps when I think about the day of the drags when him and don moyer (another one of my favorite willys coupes) were lined up at the starting line. Bottomline is, Guys who know me know it takes alot to impress me and Kevin is a great guy and Very talented builder/fabricator. Just my 2 cents Also I know this thread is old but figured I would dig it up anyhow....LOL
Kev doesn't know know me from a nut in a hardware store yet he was kind enough to respond to a couple of questions I had for him a couple of different times. To me, that's what makes a stand up guy in this hobby: one who takes the time to share the knowledge whether they know you or not. Plus he builds awesome schtuff!!
What is all this bowing were not worthy carp everyone is showering him with ? Isn't he the one with ALL the cool stuff we are all jealous of ????
