This is one of my favorite builds on the HAMB, look forward to all updates. Now if I could just get a lift like yours? That has to be king size?

Worked on the car all weekend. Lots of little shit done.

Kelly from Kellys kustom pinstripes came and worked his magic on the car this weekend. sorry about the shitty pic the hoist kills the photo opp's

she has been named the spiteful special. Because in spite of the fact it was a 4dr and in spite of the fact it was a challenge and in spite of the fact I don't have a lot of time, money, or real tallent it became the car I've always wanted.

Also i got to work on the wiring. I wrapped all the ends of the conectors with string and used clear glue to seal them to get the write look. 1468214321913.jpg

Great build, I have gone back and read it a couple times. Was there any issue mounting the radiator after you moved the crossmember forward?

    Hey Elvis101

Nope mounting the rad was no problem. It never ended up moving it. I modified the little triangle brackets that are riveted to the frame the rad mounts to. So basically I went forward with the cross member as far as I could without moving the rad by shortening those brackets

I got all the small stuff buttoned up and it fired up and ran like a top. I worked on it until 230am on Friday morning last weekend and then drove victoria for the Pacific north west Deuce Days show on Friday. I left the house at 530 am. lol

    she drives great. here's a couple shots of her all put together 1469509640451.jpg 1469509648013.jpg 1469509653715.jpg 1469509658491.jpg 1469509662850.jpg 1469509672575.jpg

Got to have a close look at the car at DD? Well done! It is so nice to see a traditional car that doesn't have a bunch of goofy billet parts on it because the builder was too lazy to find the right ones.

Again nice job! My hat is off to you.

Great job! You have to be very proud. I have a question, I noticed you extended your breather/fill tube. Was that done to make it easier to service the oil?

Thanks everyone for all t he compliments. I couldn't have done it with out the Hamb and all the members.

    Hot rod Ron.

It's pretty funny the first question everyone asks is ''what are those wheels and brakes from''.

It's just some wide 5 stuff that I modified.

    Brad

  26. I spent some time looking at the photos again and I think I figured it out. Did you take wide 5 adapters and machine them into a star pattern? Or did you use open drums like from a 32?
