    Removing the skirts would be akin to dressing a nun in a mini skirt.
    Elegance is what this is, my man. Elegance from the late '30s thru the '40s, not some de-skirted, raked, chopped, 'saved' car in another guise.
    Robbing this lady of her skirts would be Hot Rod Heresy.

  28. Yeowza, what a great looking car! To do anything but restore this thing to less than '50s cool would be a crime. I commend you sir, your passion and drive are admirable. Good luck with the rest of the build. I can't wait to see the finished product.
