    Here's a little article from a magazine I purchased at an antique store awhile back. Folk on another thread wanted to see it. I thought I'd just start a new thread so maybe more people, that might be interested, might see it. Here it is. I'm not sure the pix are in perfect order but you can probably figure it out.

    Thanks for the article Unclechet. I own the Nichols OHC dragster engine shown in the article.

    Maybe you could show us some pix of how it currently sits? I mean the picture from the magazine is only 56 years old!

    The Nichols OHC attachment was on a Cragar head in the magazine, I got it with both a McDowell and the Cragar head. It's on the McDowell head in my photos.

    That Nichols OHC is a neat deal, never saw one before. Back in the late 1970's I sold Doc Pruden two ROOF OHC heads, always wondered were they would up. Bob

    Does it run? What does it sit in, or does it sit in you shop?
