The guy driving it didn't have any actual information, other than he thought it came from California and had been in magazines, vague stuff. It was amazing, nothing touched, except the flathead had some newer components added and the wheels and tires were obviously nothing to do with the period in which it was created (mid-50's is my guess) . It looked tiny, like a little sports car.

We are in Colorado for landscape photography and are finding that the Colorado Tourism machine does their job extremely well. Any visitor center where we stop is well stocked with good location brochures and knowledgable advice from their staffers.

 

Tom, did you get any other photos of this blue highboy?

 

I moved away from Colorado in 2011 and then all the great events Mike puts on start???
