I'm on the other side of the state, otherwise I would. Lots of rodders in minot, should be someone around.

Do you mean Minot or Minto, North Dakota??? There is about 210 miles between them. I am 20 minutes from Minto if the vehicle in question is located there.

  6. The plot thickens... Or do you mean Milton, North Dakota (Cavalier County)? I checked - no Miton, so it's either...

    Minot?
    Minto?
    Milton?

    Hahhh!

  9. Cool...

    paging Minot HAMB'ers...
    paging Minot HAMB'ers...

    trivia: Minot is pronounced 'my*knot'.

I think you can go back to your first post and edit the title. That way the 'Minot' guys will likely see it faster...

  15. What do you know about it's history? The rule of thumb when I was living there is that cars/trucks from the eastern side of the state were more likely to have salt rot, especially if they were from or spent much time in Minnesota. Stuff from the western side of North Dakota was generally much better but of course always depends on the care of prior owners. Minot is about middle of the state east to west, and more north than south.

    good luck,

  16. So what are you mad at me for. All I did was bump you up to the top.

Where did you live before the UK?

I don't what it is you are looking at but I would be very cautious about buying in ND
right now . There are lots of things happening and many are not good .Cars there
live are hard life .If it was a good deal someone else would probably already have it.

    I apologise.

  19. It must be cheap because it's a looong way from a port. And that's before it gets to the UK.

  29. I live in Bismarck, about 100 miles south of Minot. There was never a price mentioned by the OP for this truck. There are a lot of decent cars/trucks still left in ND that are reasonable. Minot is closer to the "so called oil boom" that just tanked. Lot of "out of towners" are packing up and leaving and cars/trucks are selling for a decent price. I used to buy up old cars and trucks and flip them, I also shipped a lot of cars over seas. So I know whats still out there. You can still find very decent condition old cars that arent rusted to shit and beat up. I wouldn't be afraid to purchase a vehicle from ND and have it shipped, if you can have it checked out first I would certainly do so!
