we bought new leaf spring bushings. we took the metal wrap off the leaf springs and installed a 1957 chevy rear end with new u bolts. we replaced the shock bushings and the car is a roller. the lower springs plates were from trailer supply. total cost $210. Looks good,
Can you throw in a picture of the front side, the shock mounts?
I did the same thing but I am not happy with the way the shocks mount.

    Thanks, Jim
