History Traditional Roadster

    I found this photo at an estate sale with San Diego related items but no other details and felt like it nails the traditional roadster look... 39 DASH 2016 005.JPG

    Pictures make one think...that looks like it was taken yesterday...but of course the fellow is probably in his golden years now but looks like he had some fun getting there. That is a cool roadster for sure. The other thing that happens is we recycle the fun. Perhaps it is still around...hopefully. Thanks for sharing that.
    Might be worth revisiting the estate people and ask a few questions...

    Great photo! The setup on the car is very nice looking! Bet there is a cool history there indeed....I really enjoy lookin' at old hot rod pics ..... just something about them makes me feel good inside and keeps my perspective clear. Thanks for sharing!;)

    Great looking car, and notice the lack of 4.50 and 8.50 tires on it too! I wonder if that's the radiator filler neck that sticks way out at the top of the radiator?

    Now this is what I call a period Hot Rod!!!!! I wonder if the guy ran with the So Cal Roadster Club????
    Any info on the picture??? I tend to lean toward that look as well. since long before it was "Hip to be Kool"………
