I really like your '55 Clipper. Though Packard used the older body tub, the hooded headlights are what updates the car. And the Clipper beat rival Lincoln Premiere by a year on that styling cue. But the headlights themselves get lost in there somehow. I tried several ideas (including the '56 Premiere design, but nothing quite looked right. Then I had an inspiration: Get bigger headlights (maybe Rolls Royce?!). I think that works.

For the grille, I used '54 Buick; similar to the stock Packard, but with just a little more pizazz.
Here 'tis:

 

I like that shape, especially the slight tilt upward toward the back. I may wind up shaping a new sill panel that tapers downward a bit toward the rear, to de-emphasize a slight forward rake in the suspension/frame, and blending the shape of the bottom line by tapering up in bottom edge of the fender skirt would complete the bottom line nicely.

 

That Red GMC pickup needs a 12 port 302 Jimmy for power.

Moose, I love the look of the second version, but you couldn't be much over 4' tall to drive it

 

Floor pan dropped and seat frame lowered and moved back a bit should do it..I'll bet it could be done if you had the "Want To" bad enough

Hey guys just got the rear of my Buick lowered 4" can somebody photo shop the front lowered just 1/2-1" along with a shot of it with skirts and then a shot with matching 52 Buick caps on the rear. Thanks!
