    Well, Jeff bought headlights out of a speedway catalogue, I took the diameter of the originals and cut the wood,

    Then after that I made halves and took a flex pattern off of the half I made and welded the two halves around the diameter piece of wood to get an exact part.

    After that it was a matter of using a bead roller to make a groove for the trim rings to fit into.


    I just mounted them today after making mounting brackets, I used brake lines after Barry gave me the idea to hide the wiring.

    WOW!! is an understatement. I just discovered this thread today and was scrolling through it for the 2nd time drooling over this car. Then the last update!!!! Amazing talent and amazing car.
