Front & backs are 8 inches wide with 4.25 inches backspacing.
Rims are no longer available, discontinued in 2007.
Low sales, rims were too heavy in that size.

Youre a lucky man, would love to see a thread on it if your building it. I just finished a '56 and about to hop onto a '54.

  4. Will definitely be a build up thread.

  5. How about some mild 60s style customs?

This thread needs a bump! Wild flames by Walt Prey, I think. Please correct if I'm wrong. 56 F100 Walt Prey - Howard G.jpg

Gawd I love these trucks! My pops ran in a club in the 70's that was strictly F100's. Wish I could scan some of the pics from back then. That red 56 with the quad headlights is great!

  21. Beautiful truck!! One of the very first models I built was Revell's '56 Ford F-100 and I painted it the very same color as yours....Testor's Ruby Red Metalflake. Naturally as a second grader, my paint did not turn out near as nice as yours, but I have always had a soft spot for '56's ever since.

Very unique, I like it. In fact, there is just something about your truck that reminds me of mine. 100_8576.JPG

    Here's mine. It's a 30-footer. Looks real good from 30 feet away.

  29. Sorry guys, I just realized I hadn't updated this thread in some time. The truck is finished, except for working out a couple small bugs. It's maiden voyage was on March 19, to the Assorted Nuts cookout. Here's how it turned out.
