    Great car. Love it.
Just a word of caution.....You may be labeled a pimp if you ever offer rides in "Sara's Box".

Super stoked about winning the Oliver Built Garage custom made award at the 1st Rustemberfest car show. Love the custom awards covering put out nowadays. Made via a 36" bead roller.

What a fun read! Lemonade! The dash and wheel are definitely killer. Love the whole concept.

great looking car.....just curious, did you have a hard time coming up with the clips to hold it on (the crestliner trim).....?

    Thank you.
Wasn't as hard as I thought. I took the trim to the local fastener place and they took me in the back. I found real small metal clips that fit the thin pieces perfect. Then I used a set of generic size to fit clips for the waterfall piece. Easy to over tighten on those thin trim pieces though. :(

Glad to see you didn't clear over the patina, that just looks so phony when they do that.
Looks like you're havin fun with it. Some mistakes work out for the better and yours certainly is one of them.

Lifted the front end back up a couple inches for 16" wheels/tires/caps. Like the new stance much better.

Did you rechrome the original bumpers? I haven't been able to find a replacement front bumper for a '49. They're all '50 or '51's.

Bob - Shoebox-Central.com. I exchanged one as a core with Chris Whittington there. They are a little hard to come by.
