i got this car about a year ago. it was in blue primer with a gray top. I got it home and painted white scallops on it. and drove all it last year. i tried to sell it at the end of the year but with no success. I'm glade i didn;t because it tured out to be a pretty cool car. This winter i striped the whole thing down and found that the guy i got it from did some bad paching with spray foam and bondo on the whole rocker section of the car. the rest of the car was good just need a tight coat of glaze to smooth it out. the rocker section was cut out and replaced with new patch panels, shaved emblems, door handles, gas door. It really turned out really great in 3 months time just working on it 2 days a week. next i am going to fix the trunk floor and change out the motor. here are some pics from the begining to the autorama.

  5. That sounds like my 53 Chev. I found a license plate a cardboard Bud box and some bondo. Slick ride, congrats.

Hey BriaWasn't there some kind of an orange sticker on the trunk at the Autorama?

I can't remember   excatly what it said but I don't see it in the pictures, was it removable?

Something to do with a cowboy lifestyle maybe.
