I picked up this 1930/31 Roadster Delux in the San Fransisco Bay area a couple years ago. I don't have any history on it. I was wondering if anyone recognizes it. I purchased the body & parts in the pictures. The only unique markings are the cream colored pin-striping. The car was built by Matt Seret of Seret Speed and Customs in Vallejo California. Any info would be greatly appreciated!! IMG_0241.jpg IMG_0644.jpg IMG_0841.jpg IMG_0893.jpg IMG_7071.jpg

just continue making it your own - there have been more than a few red roadsters built over the years

You have a nice project going there regardless of its history.

I have to ask - if the car was totally dismantled and nearly completely parted out, it isn't Mr. Seret's build anymore, is it? IMHO, that "history" is lost. And just why was it parted out, anyway? Besides it's the Sluggo Build now, so do your own thing. Gary

Good points, I didn't think of it that way. I don't have any idea why it was all parted out?? Thanks Gary

Very cool. I see even with the deuce frame the firewall didn't have enough clearance? What steering are you running? Is the frame pinched?
