Projects 1930 model a four door build

I bought this car about a year ago... Starting this forum because it's my first build... and Im going to need HELP! Here's some pre-disassembly pics to start!

 

Well that's a pretty complete looking more door. I wish my '28 Tudor was that solid. Good starting place for a hot rod.

 

I love the look of the 4 door blindback. Not very common either.

 

Looks better than my fordor also.Whats the plan?
