I just noticed that "T pickup" in post #682 has to be home made. There's no such thing in a closed cab.
Unfortunately the links to the photos are broken, but check posts 233-236, theres quite a bit of info about this truck http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/...ead-official-maybe.787861/page-8#post-8797317 EDIT: Jeems post 238 still has one of the photos attached. Chip also posted another pic of it earlier in that thread, before it was finished.
I collected the doors and cab-back years ago, along with a 28-29 closed-car cowl. I never did anything with it, after I realized the door hinges are in different locations. T cowl solves that.
I love this car because it's as much custom as it is hot rod, and it has a ton of clean details on it, I like the painted suspension and I like the wheelbase it runs, and it's tall! And I love this picture because the people in the car look normal-sized. I've seen a ton of period pictures of people in roadsters and they all look like they're 4'8" and fit in with room for 3, like a T is the size of a Cadillac. This one picture really shows the scale of the T, which is tiny and you more sit "on" it than "in" it.
